Refund policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from The Story Brand. But if something didn’t work out, please let us know: contact@thestorybrand.in

We provide refunds for products that are damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. 

In the unlikely event that the product you received from us is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may return the product to us for a full refund. The product must be returned unused within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition with all tags secured, with its original packaging and with the original invoice enclosed to the following address:

Every return will be subject to quality checks at our end. Once the return is confirmed we will notify you by email and refund your bank account within 7 business days.

The responsibility of courier charges and delivery will be borne by the sender. We will not be held responsible if the package does not reach us.

Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on International orders.
